how much does xbox live cost a month? is there something called a silver and gold live membership? if so whats the difference?
with silver (say for halo 3) can you still play all the games and things gold can? like with matchmaking?
Help with xbox live?
Nope with silver you cannot play online matchmaking games at all for Halo or any game. You have to have the gold membership. With the silver you can get on xbox live and look at other peoples profile and stuff but cant play online. You can get a 3 month membership for 20 or 30 dollars or a 12 month membership for 50 dollars, trust me get the year membership its worth it. You can get it at any game store like best buy walmart, game stop, eb games
Reply:ok go to walmart and then go to the game section u can get xbox live cards there for a 12month for 1 free month card it is 50$ plus tax so thats is 13months for 50$ and if u dont want to spend that much u can get 3 month cards that are 20$
and the silver is were u can get a gamertag and visit the xbox live marketplace but u cant playgames on live
gold is if u get a card from walmart or somewhere or u order membership from u xbox and u can play games and do everything on live
Reply:silver membership u cant play online (free)
