I have Halo 3 with Xbox Live Gold.
I've always joined others peoples games in Matchmaking. But now, I want to make my own game with my own settings that is over the internet. And lots of people can join (according to game type) and they don't have to be my friends or my friends friends. Also, if you or your team wins the game, they should get the EXP.
So the question is, how do you create your game in Halo 3 over XBOX LIVE?

as far as others playing it...you will need to invite other players that you have played with and get them to invite people...
because there is no way for purly random people to join you by chance...like matchmaking...
Reply:You can only create your own games in Custom Games and Forge.
