Is it possible to bridge in Halo 2 after the new update?

I hear people say they can bridge and i dont go into matchmaking without box host if there are bridgers.

Sadly you still can. Some one correct me if I'm wrong ,but from what I understand if you do, your console gets banned permanently. I'm not sure if it only bans moded consoles. I remember reading an article form Bungie saying that they are now using the ban hammer on people who stand-by, mod, hack, and bridge. So don't worry too much about having to have box host.
