Halo 3 - How do I get to the online gameplay?

Alright, I consider myself to be pretty game savvy, but for the life of me, I can't find the lobby for the online play. I am connected to Xbox Live and I am at the main screen.





I see:





Solo Game


Matchmaking


Custom Games


Forge


Theater





Where do I go to get to the selection of games (lobby) being hosted by others that I can join in on?

You have to join with your friend or get an invitation from your friend if you don't want to be the host, however even you start Matchmaking by yourself, the game will randomly select a host or has the best connection, so you wont be the host all the time.





Or create a custom game invite people and promote someone to Party Leader.
Reply:When you are hosting a game pretty much it's just hosting your party, not a game. Once you start matchmaking you join a game. So you are only the host of a party, not a game.

Reply:practicly any of those, click on campaign and u can have people join u to play online, matchmaking is online, play custom games online, forge online, watch theater online





if u want to join then go to your friends list and click on a friends name that invited u or that u can join and just join their game
