How to get Open Nat?

I have a D-link router, and it's hooked up directly to my xbox...when i try and invite friends to play it says sorry you have restricted NAT, how do i change it to open NAT...when i play on matchmaking it's fine, it's just very slow...the problem is when i invite friends





I've tried many things, but i need specifically WHERE TO GO...Ive heard many times open these connections, uhm...pretend im a total idiot who cant use a computer and explain how to get there so if someone can tell me super specifically what i can do to change from strict to open thatd be great

Reply:it's easy to get open nat if you enable upnp on th router...





log in to the router... go to the tools tab, and then to the misc button... look for an option that says "upnp settings" and click on "enabled"...





then click on apply, the router should reboot... after that, your xbox your get an open connection...
